This form is to be used for recording gap analysis meetings with trainees in Genitourinary Medicine, Neurology or Palliative Medicine who are prepararing for transfer to the new curriculum and dual training in Internal Medicine from August 2022. 

New curricula for internal medicine and group 1 specialties will be implemented in August 2022.

Curricula have been revised in line with the requirements of the General Medical Council's standards in Excellence by Design.

JRCPTB is responsible for Internal Medicine training and 30 medical specialties and three sub-specialties. The training pathways below will be implemented in August 2021 (group 2 specialties) and August 2022 (group 1 specialties).

The JRCPTB is holding a launch event for the new internal medicine and group 1 specialty curricula that will be streamed live here for anyone to view.
