An annual survey into workplace medical training across the UK includes questions on doctors' experiences of discrimination for the first time this year.

We are very pleased to announce that agreement has been reached with the GMC and the Statutory Education Bodies for training to be undertaken from August 2022 in Intensive Care Medicine (ICM) in association with the Group 1 physician specialties.

The General Medical Council's (GMC) survey for trainees and trainers has been extended until noon May 16.

At present there is no higher degree course in acute medicine in the UK.  This is a very short questionnaire investigating the demand for an MSc in Acute Internal Medicine designed specifcally for higher specialty trainees in AIM and GIM.  The survey should take less than two minutes and should be returned electronically to kevin.okane@gstt.nhs.uk.Please note that this is not a JRCPTB survey.
