Chair of the MRCP(UK) Regulatory Sub-Group

The Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK is seeking to appoint a Chair of the MRCP(UK) Regulatory Sub-Group, which oversees the processes for appeals, complaints, misconduct, and reasonable adjustment requests.

Purpose of role

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the clinical and academic leadership of the regulatory sub-group and will contribute to the overall development of MRCP(UK).

The person appointed will be a Fellow of one of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK, with a license to practise, and will be practising in a medical specialty. A full list of responsibilities is set out in the job description and person specification.

The appointee’s employer will be reimbursed for the equivalent of 0.5 PAs per week, paid at standard rate (see job description document)
