Completing the Online Enrolment System
I have received an invitation to enrol, but I can't access my enrolment form. What do I do?
If after signing in to the website and clicking "complete your online enrolment" you get an error message, please take a screen print of the page (Ctrl + prt sc) and email it to the enrolments team (enrolments@jrcptb.org.uk). Please include your GMC number in the e-mail and we will investigate the problem.
I have previously enrolled with the JRCPTB and want to pay upfront fees, but I don't want to overpay. How do I prevent this?
During the online enrolment system (step 7) select the second option and within 10 working days the JRCPTB will send you an individualised invoice for your enrolment fees. This invoice will contain a link to allow you to pay online.
Step 4 of my enrolment form asks for a training number, but I haven't been issued one yet, what do I do?
Please just leave this box blank or insert "unknown". When you have been issued a training number or deanery reference number by your deanery we will update our records accordingly.
