Pending payments made for enrolment

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue with the online enrolment system, some trainees may see that payments they have made are showing as pending. In most cases, your payment will be completed and your eportfolio access set up within 48 hours.  

If we are unable to receive your payment we will contact you directly and arrange an alternative payment option. We will also issue refunds to anyone who has paid more than once for the same enrolment. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
