Contacting the enrolment/ePortfolio team and accessing ePortfolio

Our enrolment and ePortfolio team are experiencing extremely high volumes of enquiries at present as we work to ensure that all trainees are enrolled and set up on the ePortfolio as quickly as possible.

So that the team can manage enquiries as effectively as possible, we will be responding to email enquiries only between 17 August - 11 September. Our phone lines and voice messages will not be monitored during this time. If you need to contact the team for ePortfolio related queries please do so at

Accessing ePortfolio
The majority of trainees who have enrolled have already been set up with their new training programme on the ePortfolio. If you already had an existing ePortfolio account (i.e. for IMT/CMT) you will not be sent a new login email. Only those trainees enrolling for the first time with us will be sent an email with login credentials.
