The four nations' training agencies, in consultation with JRCPTB and trainee representatives, have published guidance on physician training recruitment for the coming years following the introduction of the new internal medicine curriculum.
The guidance has been produced to assist trainees in understanding their options for applying for programmes in 2021 and in particular those who have undertaken core medical training (CMT) or ACCS acute medicine (ACCS-AM) and wish to return to training at internal medicine year 3 (IMY3).
